Helping the elderly with grocery shopping

The COVID-19 outbreak has impacted many individuals, especially the elderly and the individuals with underlying health conditions. As a result, a vast majority of these individuals do not feel comfortable leaving their homes to get essentials such as groceries. In addition, many online grocery delivery service platforms, such as Amazon Fresh and Whole Foods, are receiving an overwhelming amount of orders, making it difficult to order groceries online. Happy Village members decided to step in, and are offering to shop for and deliver groceries to community members who are more vulnerable to the virus.
